In 1953 our grandfather Zija Dida established Dida company which started as a wool and garment dyeing workshop, then incorporated also laundry service. With lot of efforts three generations brought up Dida company high reputation till today. Since from 1999 our company was focused exclusively on conducting laundry service for Multi-National Task Force South.
Getting to know needs of the German contingent and seeing business opportunities our father Bekim Dida on 2002 have build our second laundry where we doubled capacity and built a competitive laundry with industrial machines of that time.
In April of 2010 as an experienced service supplier to the army forces we went a step ahead and designed a third purpose-build healthcare processing plant, which operates in accordance of the highest standards of hygiene, quality and contamination control of all laundry items that are processed by us.
Considering quality of our service, NATO/KFOR Headquarters from January of 2019 awarded us with contract to provide them our laundry service to entire Camp Filmcity Pristina.
Today we employ 15 workers and have most modern laundry in Kosovo, built within industrial zone with A+ non-interruptible electric power and water we can insure continuously professional service with our trustful and experienced workers.
Programs lead control of the temperature and all washing operations. Performed by the special programs machines are enabling high quality of washing for blankets, kitchen towels, uniforms, linen, overalls, underwear and hospital laundry
Stainless steel roller that reaches temperature of 180 ℃ which on the mean time enables drying and ironing as well as it disinfects sheets and blankets. At the end sheets and blankets are wrap with plastic bag and stored at appropriate place up to delivery
To maintain hygiene in high level every worker by arival in laundry first disinfects their hands and dress up her uniform, winter uniform or summer uniform and strat to work.
Disinfection of the hands is done by SPITACID. Also SPITACID is used to disinfections of hand of every workers after use of toilet and each time after working with soiled laundry
All dried laundry is ironed with steam for disinfection and then is wrapped and sealed with recyclable plastic bags to avoid unnecessery re-contamination till dispatching to end user.
